Conference fees include from Saturday 6th November (afternoon) to Wednesday 10th November (morning):

full accomodation - tea and coffee breaks - all meals (i.e., 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 4 dinners; see some examples of menus) - a half day excursion to Marseille - a copy of the conference volume.

Single room (30 available): 355 €uros (all taxes included)

Double room (20 available, i.e. 40 people): 263 €uros (all taxes included; If necessary, priority is given to students for double room accomodation)

A special bioturbation price will be awarded by the conference comittee to the best student poster.
Spouse/Guest: 60.90 €uros per day. Spouse and guest fees cover only the accomodation and meals. Fees must be paied to Vacanciel-la Calanque in advance. For ordering and information, contact npc04@nereispark.org
POSTER AND ORAL REQUIREMENTS
Poster dimensions will be limited to: 200-cm height and 80-cm width.
Oral speakers will be able to use either an overhead projector or a digital projector linked to a PC computer (Windows XP, Powerpoint 2000) with USB connection (for USB sticks) and CD driver (for CDs) and a floppy disk driver (for 3½-inch floppy disks).
Talks: 20 min. + 10 min. questions / Plenary talks: 30-40 min. + discussion

How to go there

By plane (the most convenient way)
The Marseille-Provence airport is 19 km far from "Vacanciel - La Calanque - Carry Le Rouet". Take a cab (the trip from the airport to the conference site "Vacanciel La Calanque, Carry-le-Rouet" costs 40-45 euros) or wait for the shuttle.

By road
From Paris and Lyon, take the Highways A6 and A 7 to Marseille Vieux-Port, then Highway A55 to Fos/Martigues. Jump on the "Carry/Côte Bleue" exit to Rouet-Plage and follow the "Vacanciel" signs.

By train (the least convenient way)
At Marseille St Charles railway station, take the regional train to Carry le Rouet (regional schedule). Take a cab or wait for the conference limo (outside Carry-le-Rouet train station).
